Asociaci\u00f3n Proyecto Hogar es una entidad sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, constituida en el a\u00f1o 1989, de inter\u00e9s social, y declarada de Utilidad P\u00fablica, cuyo objetivo principal es actuar ante situaciones problem\u00e1ticas, de riesgo y\/o exclusi\u00f3n social. Para ello, se desarrollan diferentes programas y proyectos que contemplan actuaciones en este sentido.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Adem\u00e1s, nuestra Asociaci\u00f3n es lugar de encuentro, participaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje de personas sensibilizadas y profesionales comprometidos en la b\u00fasqueda compartida de una mejor realidad social.<\/p>

Nuestra misi\u00f3n es actuar ante situaciones problem\u00e1ticas, de riesgo y\/o exclusi\u00f3n social, en el marco de la vida comunitaria. Para ello, desarrollamos programas y proyectos de intervenci\u00f3n que contemplan actuaciones en este sentido.<\/p>

Nuestra visi\u00f3n, APH es una asociaci\u00f3n reconocida por un trabajo con personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad y desventaja social que viene definido por un estilo propio en el acompa\u00f1amiento y atenci\u00f3n artesanal de sus procesos vitales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
